got the tune done today

removed vats, programmed the 4l80e trans, 4.11 gears with 27 inch tall tire, deleted rear 02's, turned on the pair of e-fan pins, deleted emission stuff, removed tq management, and programmed stock ls3 42 lb injectors, if need be, I can always go back to stock injectors till I cam up the motor later down the road, I just have to buy some stock lm7 injectors

man, that wiring looks like it was a super tedious task! Nice job getting that done. That's not something I could ever get accomplished I don't think LOL
the wiring is like playing a game of Tetris, but I took it one wire at a time, and one connector at a time, and tape up those wires and more on to the next set
only way to know the ins and outs of the wiring for this drivetrain, I now understand why it costs so much for someone else to do the harness work

I had to notch the frame to make room for the lower radiator hose,

I used part of a 93 c1500 4.3 lower radiator hose, just cut it down

I forgot to take a pic of the belt set up done before putting the grill shell back on
I will do that later when I take it back apart to metal work the grill shell

I used the trail blazer inline 6 tensioner, and a 103.25 inch belt, its what the auto part place had in stock, I wanted a 104.5 or a 105 inch belt,
it was a simple fit, I just had to move the p/s pully up a hair

I moved the fill location on the fuel tank
and the filler neck is from a 93 sub that I got at the jy, and I cut down the rubber part a bit

I may have to section the metal to shorten it, but I wont know till I buy bed sides for the truck

battery box is done and welded to the frame, ground for the battery is done

starter/alternator/ and battery cable is ran

I got some 28 lb truck injectors, so im going to pull the stock ls3 injectors for now, will probably go back to them when I stick a small cam in the motor
but for now, truck injectors will work, im going to get the tune changed for them on friday

im almost to the point I need to prime the oil system on the motor
I plan to pull the filter and make sure its full of oil

im going to get a cheap autozone oil gauge for start up to make sure I go oil pressure, I already got the adapter fitting

I have new plugs and wires that need to go on the motor
I don't have a battery yet but im probably just going to pull one from another car I have for the time being

im going to try and start it this upcoming weekend

I learned that the red c9 green/white wire is positive power to control the fuel relay and not ground control,
pretty much had 4 hot wires to the relay, so it did nothing

and then I had the relay fuel pump wire connected to the fuel level and not the pump

and then I had a few loose fittings

and then I had the fuel lines hooked up backwards at the fuel rails

I had a few bugs to work out before I could start it for the 1st time,
I don't think the bugs where that big of a deal

for my 1st time building a standalone harness on my own, im pretty happy right about now

I just have a y pipe hooked up, no muffler, but its a long y pipe that meets up behind the trans

im pretty sure I used 2.5 inch pipe for the y pipe

I plan to use 3 inch pipe up to the muffler and probably 3 inch out

I have a side exit coffin muffler, ive always wanted to try the coffin mufflers out, they look so cool

I ordered new spark plug wires, some that aren't straight on the ends,

and I'm changing out the suburban fuel for a 87 s10 blazer fuel tank, 20 gallon vs 40 gallon

more room for the exhaust pipe and other stuff, I ordered a new tank, it will be here Tuesday,
I think I will have to ext the fuel lines, but I have a few extra fittings and extra fuel line
