Is it safe or even right to run rca splitters on a 4 channel amp so that you can just run the amp on just the front fade, or just rear fade? My buddy has a boat and tower speakers but the amp requires 2 sets of rca's. So he is running one to the front output on the deck and the other on the rear. Could we just use the rca splitter and run both off of the front output? We need a way to fade to just the tower speakers without running all the stock speakers in the back of the boat.

Would this work? http://www.autotoys.com/x/cust/product.php?productid=4795

u might get some electrical noise with those splitters, ur better off just running a 4ch RCA cable, but if u cant, it should work, just buy some ground loop isolators.
