I broke my 60E and want to do the 80E swap, need one for a good price, if anyone has any info, maybe on where they bought one, or if you have one, that would be great.

Ive got the whole setup. All you would need is the crossmember, tune, and a yoke i think. Ive got the converter, flywheel spacer, trans, and all other misc parts.

Does the 80E tranny make much of a difference then the 60E? Or whats the benefit of making the swap?

well, after doing research 24/7 on this for the last 2 weeks considering my truck is out of commission, i have found that it is a good idea to do this righ off the bat. Guys have broken the 60/65E a few times before they got frustrated and bought the 80E and conversion. And the power that i will be eventually putting into the truck FI i will need the bigger and better 80E. I have decided to go through Speed Engineering for everything, and then i am gonna buy the Yank TT3200 stall converter. It's going to be a great combination and hopefully will last a long time.
