80' 3/4 ton Chevy Axel rotating

I have an 80 Chevy 3/4 ton and my front driveshaft is at a dangerous angle for the ujoint, my question is how do I go about rotating the axle to help the angle of the driveshaft?

you use shims between the axle and spring
but when you do this you change the caster angle with your steering so make sure you keep it around 6deg
