Hello, I have a simple and quick question for y'all, my 84' Chevys bumpers bent, but I have an 89 GMC parts truck, do you think that I could just bolt on the bumper off the 89' onto the 84'? Do they have the same mounting brackets and bolt holes? I'd hate to take it off just to find out it doesn't fit, BC its like 100 degrees out today and I don't wanna do all that work 4 nothing, thanks. (Its the rear bumper BTW)

I believe the gmt400 bumper is narrower than the square body's rear bumper,the frame rails are different widths, and aspect to the tailgate/bed sides is wrong.

Crap I forgot about the body style change. It is not a direct replacement

the only way it will work is if the 89 is the same body style ie CC 1ton,blazer/suburban

:hands: easy mistake to make especially since the square body burbs and K5 were produced 3 years after the GMT400 came out.
