85' makes clunk noise when turning?!?!

My 85 1/2 ton is making a clunk noise when i take turns that have some type of angle or elevation change. Really bad when entering or exiting driveway. Anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?

Your guna have to check it out better...... have someone watch/listen as you pull in to see where its at.

here are my guesses:
1. bottoming out shocks
2. axle joint
