Ok, i've researched this, and found that alot of guys had problems with the pass vent door motor... but this isn't that, it dosen't click then stop, it's constant.

This noise is wierd, like a really fast vibrating noise.

It only happens when the truck is running. I've run the heater in all modes, and even with it off it still occurs.

It makes me think it's a vacuum issue since the noise dies off when the engine is killed, ign on....

I yanked all the fuses, but forgot which order they went in so I arranged them all by color. First a row of greens, row of orange, red, etc.

jk

Any ideas?

Think it may be my injectors. The noise is very noticable by my K&N filter. Do TBI injectors grow unusually loud as they age?

Sounds like a baseball card in bike spokes :D
