I just did a guage cluster swap on my 1990 obs. I used a guage cluster (#16193705) from a 1994 Burb and the DRAC (#16158975) from the same vehilce.

The problem that I'm having is now the when the trans (700R4) shifts from 1st to 2nd and then 2nd to 3rd, the shifts are very rushed. It feels like it is shifting way to soon, also. The TCC appears to be functioning properly.

I have checked and rechecked all the wiring and everything looks right. The speedometer is reading correctly. The DRAC has an extra output VSS to PCM (2000 PPM). Following the sticky on this site, for swapping clusters, there is not connection for this wire on my truck.

Thanks

Guys, I fixed the problem. my DRAC is a 9 pin. There is a post on fullsizechevy.com on how to convert the 9 pin to a 8 pin. This fixed my problem.
