'94 Suburban wiring issue

Does anyone know if the relay for the rad cooling fan was moved from the driverside inner fender to under the dash in the '94 suburban? I have a complete set of workshop manuals for a '93 but can't find the relay for the cooling fan where the manual says it's located. I believe this relay to be causing my battery drain but can't locate it
