I've owned this truck for 6 years now and it has always started immediately. Just this past week, it will not start until I crank 4-5 times (several seconds each time). It only does this on a cold start. If truck has been shut off for only minutes to a couple of hours it will start right up as it always has. I know it could be the fuel pres. regulator which I understand is not an easy install and even worse it could be the fuel pump. Without guessing and or buying a pressure gauge to measure the fuel pump pressure, does anyone have any other ideas? I've already changed the fuel filter and added fuel injector cleaner to the gas. Thankyou in advance to all.
