amp help

I want to replace my stock speakers with the Infinity 4x6's and Perfect 6.5 component set up front. Can anyone recommend a specific amp that will push those speakers? Also, if someone could explain amp channels to me that would be cool. thanks.

it kinda depends on you. Do you have a headunit with a 4 channel out and do you wanna keep the front/rear fading? If yes Id say a Rockford 4004 , if no, a RF 3002
