Good lord man, that's a mess. I'd go back and redo all those connections properly for starters.

Looks like you might have tied your vehicle constant to your new radio's constant and key-on power. Go back over your diagrams and get a meter.

Did you tap the stereo's switched (+) wire into the vehicle's RAP?

There's not really very many (if any) true switched ignition in the stereo area of a gm. It's all RAP. So in trying to follow the stereo's instructions, you may have tapped into the wrong thing.

i agree with the other posters - you might want to do some sort of redo . a wire may be inadvertently be with something else thats causing your issue. it will be a hassle but it will be worth it in the end imo.
