I am just kinda thinking 4.10's won't be enough. I drive prolly 50/50 highway/city, and have a v6 RCLB with 275/60's and 20" rims. I did tow with it a little before I got the new tires, but now thats not really much of an option with 3.23 gears.

so my question is will 4.30's be too much?

any idea on what RPM ill be running at about 70 with those gears?

thats what I was thinking, I just wanted to make sure...now to somehow scrape the money together to get the gears, and to convince my buddies dad to install them on the cheap.

i didn't know our trucks could run a 4.30 gear. Everyone only talks about 3.73, 4.10, 4.56, 4.88, etc. Interesting

4.30s are just a little harder to find. I don't think yukon makes them. US gear does though
