How do the wires get out of your housing? drilling a hole sounds like a bad idea to me, especially if you go into water over your wheels like in your sig

You seal around where the wires exit the housing.

The only down side with the ECTED is due to it using clutch packs, the spider gears are smaller than in similar sized differentials making them weaker. We see this problem in the rear factory Rubicon lockers as well. I have yet to fix a broken ECTED, but do run into a lot of broken rear Rubicon lockers. Also, where there are clutch packs, there are wearable parts.

Not saying its a bad locker, we are installing one Friday on a customers vehicle, just some things you should know before buying. If you want a price on an ECTED or any other selectable shoot me a PM.

ive read the instructions they have on the site and its a drill and tap hole. thanks Stephen on the advice on this locker what i was looking for is someone who has seen or heard of them. I understand that clutch packs are going to wear, the reason im looking into this is because i live in canada and most know what are winters are like so the limited slip will be nice for that. Plus i occastionally do some offroad so the locker part would come in handy for that. also what are your thoughts stronger or weaker than the G80 with there smaller spider gears?
