Im to the point where im looking to buy some wheels. I get confused when trying to calculate rim depth, offset, backspacing, wheels spacers.. etc. so im posting here so someone can help. As of now my 08 sierra is leveled 2'' Im pretty set on fuel wheels, undecided which ones yet. I know ill be getting a 20x9. Im wanting my tires to stick out of my wheel wells maby 1-1.5'' maby 2'' but thats pushing it. Iv read that the smaller the backspacing the more they stick out. What spacing would yall recommend for me to achieve the look I want? Also keep in mind a 4'' suspension might come in the future so the backspacing myst clear that too.

First off thanks dozer those links will help especially if I need to check what the rimshops telling me. Muleskinner I thought 1-1.5'' out the well was not much. Im going for a mild look and 1.5'' out looks like it would have about a 3'' wider stance per tire when compared to my stock setup. Would you go for something more like .5 or 1'' out? I dont want to trim at all. Tires I think they said would be 275/?/20 or 285/?/20.
