i've been told if you do over axle, you need to run sleeve bags or it will ride like shit. i was gonna do over axle but changed my mind to do the 6 link. yes its more expensive but i heard that it rides better than a cadillac :head:
f9000 behind axle or 6 link...you decided....bolt on or weld on...also depends if your going to tow or not..
no towin goin on...i am but im not going to do it because of money if its cheaper but is just as good then id rather do that, but if kp just straight up better then ill do kp. any explanations on why its better would be help full to. no towing what should i go with then? bag over axle?
also any pics of either on truck would be great too.
thanks
does bag over axle lay out better then kp??
so it could be just as good to do bag over axle? no matter if ur towing

no towing then go 6 link...towing go f9000
Could you please explain the positives and negatives of both your choices. also could you go into detail as to why you feel each is better for each situation?
u pretty much summed up what i wanted to know kid rock gtx...lol...thanks

hahaha so you in blairsville for wyotech or what?
haha alright.

postivies for f9000 behind axle is load carry capibilities. Can tow more with this setup than the truck is rated for, and its rides great with cheap shocks.

positives for 6 link is will lay any wheel tire up to 295/35/24, gets good lift....and ride good with the correct shocks. Also its bolt on and has some sort of warrenttee.

negatives for f9000 is they need to be limited on compression and when they expand. So you use your frame for the limit on compression and shocks to keep them from over extending. Also an f9000 setup is completly fabbed up, fabricator takes liability.

negatives for 6 link is they cant tow and need semi expensive shocks to ride right IMO. You also need a different axle centering device as the panhard blows, and tears the frame. The bolt on watts its cool though, pricey but cool.

So if your not going to tow I'd go 6 link for sure.
so what all will need to be done to lay out on 22's on either?
notch and bolt on the kp 6 link...

or notch and completely setup a 3-4 link for the f9000's
is a trianulate 3 ling better to run on a bag over axle then 4 link?
doesnt matter. you can do 3 link, 4 link with panhard or some sorta centering device, or tri4 link.
seriously pushed more to the side of a bag over axle. it sounds just as good and cheaaper. i know cheaper is most of the time not better but in this casse facts show that 6link and a bag over axle about equal out correct?
Im going f9000 when I bag. Just have it setup right, instalation is everything.
