Can i use my 17" stock steel wheels on belltech's 2" drop spindle ?

I'm guessing you're talking about an NBS truck.. but yes, you can.. you'll just have to cut off the access bolt on the lower ball joint and grind down the nut some too.

I ran stock 17's on mine for a while and it worked fine.

2508 Spindles you can run factory 17s and the 2505 you can run factory 16s
