Bench seat

I have a 2004 Silverado 2500HD (work truck). I have the bench seat and want to put the center console in it so I have an arm rest and a place to store my cd's. The dealership said I needed to order the whole bench seat? Does anyone know differently? Can I just order the center seat that folds down? Thanks
