anyone with a black truck ever tried using black vinyl along the bottom portion of the truck side to protect from rock chipping? my ride is pretty beat up just below the side moldings and in front of the back tire. i was thinking that perhaps the vinyl would clean it up a bit and at the same time protect it too. thanks.

I just don't know the correct type of vinyl to get or where to get it from. I will try it, what the hell.
