How can they punish you in school when it doesn't have a damn thing to do with school?

I once got in trouble for throwing a snowball at the school bus one day that I stayed home from school and I got suspended even though I didn't go to school that day...

You can try cat litter and a brick...spread it around on the burnout spot and use the brick to smash and ground the litter in...then sweep the residue away.
