i woke up this morning to a nice suprise...my headunit and 4 of my amps gone...along with my backpack that had my laptop and books in it...i have a crazy alarm too and get this...they got under my truck and clipped all the charging wires for every battery...including all my backup stereo batteries that the alarm was hooked too...i had a 100 watt siren and 6 police strobes that would've gone off and the alarm woulda paged me...this all happend literally 20 feet outside my backdoor...im guessin someone at a show saw it and then found out where i lived or something...im real careful bout where i bump..but whomever did it knew exactly what they were lookin for and how to get around the alarm...some may assume it was my installer but he's been one of my best friends since 5th grade and is very reputable...but yeah..this blows...but insurance is gonna cover it and i guess $hit happens...but...yeah...this blows....

werd...all my wires for my $500 jvc deck and $500 rockford subs n amps are all ran in the cab under the carpet...that and i live in a small trusty town...biggest town in our county is 5,000

HOLY CRAP dude...got any pictures of the theft? I would like to see how they did it. Man that totaly sucks, you got a nice truck and some low life wants to steal it because they dont want to work.

It sucks but that is what can happen when you show off too much...

i have backup sirens with police strobes and all kinds of stuff...i thought it was wired correctly but essentially they dismantled my entire charging system for my truck...they cut the wires for the batteries in the back too off the isolator from the stock battery so they were dead weight in the back...the only option would be to have the alarm to be powered off a battery inside the vehicle..and well..thats being taken care of this weekend
and as for the dude says.."thats what you get when you show off to much"..thanks..preciate it...also..considering that 4 other cars in my lot got jacked that night it wasnt cus i was showing it off..they just got lucky...
