hey guys....I just dropped the front of my 86 sierra. To do this i used belltech 3"spindles and springs. The drop itself went easily and everything fit into place perfectly...except for the brakes. I ordered the correct spindles for the 1.00" rotor. the caliper does not fit into the spindle correctly, as the holes for the caliper bolts do not line up. Also..with the pads installed in the caliper, it hardly fits around the rotor, and if pushed in, it locks up the rotor to the point of it being impossible to turn by hand. I have never worked with disc brakes before and was wondering if anyone could lead me in the right direction. Thanks

Use a large c clamp. Do it slowly and watch the master cylinder that brake fluid does not spray everywhere. Do it very slowly.
