When you were bleeding the system, did the fluid level in the M/C reservoir get so low that the master may have sucked in some air? If that happened, you will probably have to bench-bleed the master then re-bleed the rest of the system.
What bleed process did you use? Just pushing down and releasing the pedal to move fluid (you did have somebody to open and close the bleed valve at each caliper)? Pressure bleeder?
