Short lived Escalade front clip and body cladding:

Shortened wiper arms to run a 24" blade on driver side and 26" blade on passenger side:

Installed 1/2 ton lift on 3/4 ton. Not the greatest idea in retrospect but the specific differences that make or break the install couldn't have been known without giving it a shot. Lift in question is RCX 6"

ORD rear shackle flip installed:

The RCX technically fit, but was going to require more time and money to be done correctly than I wanted to dump into IFS. So, on with the SAS. Dana 50 pulled from 2000 F-350.

Had the crossover steering done at a local shop, then a new tie rod made and brackets for the steering stabilizers.

Some interior parts pulled from a Trail Master conversion Suburban:

Started the TopKick handle install:

Then took it to my shop to continue working on it indoors.

Scored an Escalade dash bezel at the local yard as well as a few other small parts.

TopKick LED cab light inserts:

And finally, Trail Worthy Fab recentered H1s. 3.5" backspacing, 8x6.5" rear and 8x170 front so I can get rid of ALL the spacers/adapters.

Why the green outer? Do you plan on making the center counsel not look hack?

I like the green outers. Console side panels will be replaced once I get around to an NBS dash swap, then it'll all line up fine. Can't do everything at once though.

The build is far from finished, and I will not be keeping the the white/gold.

Don't have any fullsize spares yet. Will be picking up some more militaries soon. If I do manage to get a flat on the front before I find an 8x6.5 D60, I've got runflats and the tires can be changed with basic tools.

Thanks! That's the first positive comment towards an OBS I've seen since I've registered here.

Cool transformation, what you got under the hood?
Stock Vortec 350 at the moment. I'd like to do a diesel swap, but I expect that to be much further down the road.

5.9 12v cummins would be a fairly easy diesel swap

Lies 6.5 would be cheap.

However this would be badass with a 454 or 8.1.
