I busted a small hole on the outside of my sub on the rubber :pissed: it sound the same will this lead to a big problem or can i fix this in any way.

If it's just a screwdriver hole in the rubber surround of the woofer, and not in the cone material, it should be ok. I had a 15" with a hole in it for almost 3 years, and it never got bigger.
You can use silicon sealant to close it up though...good as new. It's like $1.50 at any hardware store for a small tube.

I was gonna say the silicon sealant thing too...my friend used it on the rubber surround of his JL, and it worked really well...cheap and should hold up pretty well.

Id say the nail polish, as the silicone will weight down one side of the sub and make it sound a tad off and eventually force it to rub the side if its big enuff
