I currently own a 2014 GMC Sierra and my spare 2019 Denali remote thanks to the truck being written off. Can the 2019 remote be modified to operate the 2014 truck in some way? I can replace my broken Sierra remote, but before I do that, I want to try using the Denali's remote.

Are you talking key fob?

I would suggest searching for compatible fobs on ebay, and seeing if the trucks it is compatible with includes both the 2014 and 2019.

I'm going to go with no it won't work. Also, 2014 Vintage? Really? My 1950 Ford is Vintage, sure even my 1980 Impala is Vintage. My brother's 2013 Kia Soul however, it's just an older Kia Soul. I clicked on the thread thinking someone wanted a new fob to work on an 80's or older truck.
