Can i swap my brothers 08 tahoes climate control with a digital one out of a silverado? Will it be plug and play or anything complicated? Also if anyone has done this please chime in. Thanks Guys

Nope, he needs all sorts of sensors and wiring that is not there with traditional AC controls, forget it.
