My wifes 00 Montana (I know, It's not a truck) the damn light wont go off. I tried the gas pedal thing with no results. Have a fresh oil change also. Any suggestions?

ummmm kick the tires and call it bad names.. Are you sure it was the gas pedal you were hitting, I tried 4 times to get the "change oil" to go away before I realized I was hitting the brake pedal.

Yes, I'm sure it was the gas pedal. I even moved the mat to make sure it went all the way down.

GM Oil Life System - Resetting
Resetting Procedure
Follow this procedure to reset the GM oil life system:

Turn the ignition to ON without starting the engine.
Fully press and release the accelerator pedal three times within five seconds.
If the CHANGE OIL SOON indicator flashes two times, the system is reset.
If the CHANGE OIL SOON indicator comes on and stays on for five seconds, try to reset the system again.
Try this, straight from gm dealer world. if ti doesn't work it's probably the cluster.
