Better call GM then because thats what my owners manual says to do. And it has worked EVERY time my light has come on.doing the key thing wil not do anything for this i would take the neg battery cable off for 5 Min and but back on to reboot you computer on you truck
It kinda sounds like the issue was slightly mis-understood. There is a oil change indicator that is reset by pressing the gas pedal 3x with key on.*WILDSTYLE 5.3* said:Well i did the battery thing yesterday and then today the damn light came back on!!! then it turnd off while i was driving and hasent turned back on.
