First I've heard of someone doing that, makes sense though.

Is that something suggested or is it just an extra measure you take?

I'm assuming you just mean where the front and the back connect?
It was GMFS practice back in the day, keeps the “rainforest mod” at bay. And yes, seal between the lens and housing.

Replacing the headlight assemblies is one of the next things on my list.

I'll be doing the same.

If the leveling kit shows while I still have them I'll throw them on and take pictures of them. A slight flex with both troks wheeled up
