Why are these two different? The one on the right doesn't work. Could it be somethkng in there or is it a fuse?

because one is 12v accessory, and one is an actual cig lighter (if your trying to get the cig lighter to work).

if you're just short on 12v power on one for charger, radar detector, etc. look at the underhood fuse box.

Ok Ya that's funny U say that cause one day my radar detector stopped working and it was plugged in the right one and nothing works in it now. That's the 12v one right?

and generally the cigar lighter is on the same circuit as the obd2 port. so if the cigar lighter doesn't work because of blown fuse, then the odb2 port also doesn't work when you plug anything into it.
