Im not sure if this is the right area to post this. Sorry if it isnt and feel free to move it or send me in the right direction to re post it.

So I am haveing problems with my trucks climate control. It has the auto setting on it.

Symptoms:
Wasnt blowing very strongly.

Started to turn off and on when ever it pleased.

Seemed like it would still run for a little bit after truck was turned off.

No longer moves any air at all

Solutions I have tried:
Checked fuse in the box under the hood.
Replaced the blower motor resistor
Replaced the blower motor

Still the fan doesnt even turn on


What else can I try? Anyone else have this problem?
Iv been reading and reading on google with no success yet. Im in canada and its getting cold as frick here and itd be nice to have some heat hah.
Any help would be much appreciated

My recommendation would have been the resistor, but looks like you already did that. I just replaced mine last week for similar symptoms. Fan would only work up to like the 3rd setting or so, then no change as I increased the speed.

I got her figured.

Wire waaaay the fuck up in the dash melted. Shittest place to ever try amd get into to solder
