Okay, it's only from the rear of the truck. I'm fairly sure it's not a u-joint as I get no high speed vibrations. Or could it be that?

My spring isolaters are still on the rear leaf springs too.

Any ideas where this is coming from? And a fix for it?

My truck is 4x4 if that helps but this is coming from the rear not the front and when I am driving. I have the R to D clunk but I know what causes that.

I had the same clunk on my Z71. It ended up being the slip yoke. They took the drive shaft off and cleaned it and put some better lube in it. Fixed it right up.

Um, hrm. Odd that it would come from that rear area and be the yolk, but shit if that's it I'm happy.

Now... what greaze do I need to be rid of it?
