so im going to assume that the reason that he says that they wont fit, is because they never tested it, or that other people had problems.

ur gonna need a spring compressor to make ur life way easier. maybe tape or zip tie the spacer on the coil so it doesnt fall off while ur installing....thats very helpful if its just u doing the work

it will be just me. i have spring compressors, are they really needed, the spacer makes that much difference? in compressing the spring before i put it all back to gather?

if u jack ur truck up enough and ur able to lower the LCA enough, u can put the spring back in the pocket and put the coil in the LCA indent it has for it, then just jack up the LCA. Its very sketchy to do that but it works. Its way safer to compress the spring just a bit and slide it in. Ive done (3) 2" plastic spacer installs, never used a compressor but all 3 times i was scared for my life...if the bottom of the spring pops out of the LCA pocket, its coming out with A LOT of force.

i didn't use a spring compressor when i had every thing apart the first time i just dropped the lower control arm slowly with a jack and jacked it back up to put it all together.
