I was lubing my suspesion today and I noticed I have a crack on my subframe two inches long just above the driverside torsion bar. Is that something common on the this type of lift. I need to do something about it pronto since its my daily driver. Should I weld it, or buy another lift kit? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!:think:

time to upgrade to a better, much more gooder lift..Fabtech :anitoof:

Yeah, I think I'm going to park it and ride the dual sport until I can figure out what I'm going to do.:flame:

do like matt said. put a drill bit and stop the crack from spreading. IMO get the money for the kit and pocket it. Them weld the crack, grind it down repaint and go buy something else.

I dunno if I would be drilling anything on that kit. Atleast not until you talk to them about it. drilling on a kit is a good way for them to weasel out of being responsible.

Definitely not common. On my last truck, I had no problems with mine.

Call up Rancho and keep bitching at them until they get it right.
