Not my truck. There on a new Silverado SS.

Here is a perfect example of cast wheels' weaknesses, this is after about a month of my "normal" driving, i enjoy cornering ALOT and i guess this is what i get, both of the front wheels have done this and the rears have started to crack, there are some forged centerlines on order i will not ride on cast wheels again, this is kinda scary when you think about it.. btw. never curbed em..

That really sucks. Did you hit a large bump or what?
One of my friends ran over a rock or something with some 30% side walls and this was the result.

Took out both rims on that side.
Out of curiousity what type of rims are those that cracked?

Once again those aren't my wheels, but here is a quote from the owner and a pic of his truck.
The funny thing about it is that is the second set!!, i guess 5000+ lbs is too much side load for those things, and the truck handles NIGHT and DAY better with the 305/40 22's so it's so tempting do to... it was a pretty reasonable tire/wheel package, and looks good, but going to cough up the ca$h for the good ones.
