will 305-70-16 fit with crank and add a leafs on stock rims? Or will I even need the add a leafs?

yes 305s will fit, AAL will depend on the stance of the truck u want.
will the add a leafs level it out? or will they rake it?
If your only cranking your stock torsion bar keys, the add a leaves will rake it out
