Cranking up TBI Fuel Pressure

my truck has that little stutter at cold warm ups that a lot of tbi's do and i haveheard cranking up the fuel pressure at the TB corrects this. Anybody know how to do this or is there any good online manuals out there?

I think there is a howto on www.3rdgen.org to make your fuel pressure regulator adjustable. I'd use a guage too to make sure you don't get it too high. Its supposed to be between 11-13 psi.

You heard wrong. :read:

If you have a stumble when it's running cold then you have other problems. I'd check the EGR and timing first.

If you still think that you need more fuel, you need to remove the fuel pressure regulator from the back side if the TBI unit, and make it adjustable, or buy an adjustable unit from JET or some other company. I would suggest getting a guage at the same time. The Actron CP 7817 is the most convenient.
