about a year ago i was side swiped by some bitch ass kid who knocked me into another person, so both sides were fucked. anyway, i took it to the body shop for 3k worth of repairs. and about 2 months ago i started to notice it was bubbling up and cracking in the rear door bodyline.

so i took it back to the body shop today and told them about it, and they said they would fix it for free on monday. so all in all, everything went good. i was expecting more of a confrontation, i was ready to put a foot in some ass.

i'll try to get some pictures on here later this afternoon.

thats good customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, what seperates the good companies from the bas is how they handle their mistakes.

sounds like a good shop you are dealing with. More business should conduct themselves that way.
