laquer thinner is safer than acetone and works great for removing sticker residue.

I have a dealership sticker that won't come off, it comes off in little flakes and will take me 6 months to get off by hand, so I bought a vinyl removing wheel from Eastwood Company, just gonna use it the one time and then put it up for sale .. I'll let everyone know how it works.

that sucks, did you try heating it up? i told my salesman to take it off before i left the lot, fortunately it peeled right off. he was all like "you need to leave it on so we know you bought your truck here when it's here for service" so i sez "i'm not advertising for you." dealership stickers, plate frames, etc. suck.
