What exactly does a hub-centric wheel mean? If my wheels arent hub-centric how to I make it so they are?

adapters... basically the center part of the rim matches up with the hub on the brakes... I think the big advantage of having them is that they are less likely to be offset which would cause viberations. YOu can run none hubcentric rims with now problems though.. i did for about 2 years.

Yes, it means all the weight is on the hub, not the lugs. If you have good lugcentric wheels you should have no problems though. My welds are lugcentric with no problems.
