I know a lot of guys install their own lifts on this site (at least they talk like they do) but I am not so mechanically inclined. Anyone in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area have any recommendations for a shop that does a good job and doesn't gouge you?

You really don't have to be mechanically inclined. Just need to know how to read directions and turn a wrench.

If you have torsion bars I highly recommend buying the unloader. I used to use c clamps and was sketchy as fuk. I bought a used one and used it many times. Makes it safer and much easier....and only 80 bucks I think. Other then that all u need is a good tool set.

For the torsion Bars unloading tool, I rented a ball joint press kit from the local parts store.

If you need spring compressor you can get pretty generic ones for fairly cheap.
