had to get towed yest as truck came to a stop going up a hill. im thinking maybe fuel pump or related since truck will start up but it misses n stutters and give it gas it wants to or it just dies.

All of the fuel pump issues i have seen they just go out and wont crank back. is it giving any codes?

its at the service dept and havent heard anything yet since they were closed yesterday.

it was the fuel pump, and its all fixed now but of course dealer prices..lol

Sucks man. This happened to my dad's hoe in FL on the way back from vacation. On easter sunday. In the ghetto. What was your dealer cost, his was like $6 something

just happened to me coming from KS-FL, got stuck in oklahoma on saturday. Fuel system is what the dealership decided today.

total was like $960 they also changed fuel filter while they were at it. we were actually going to change this on our own while back but just havent had time and since it was towed to the dealer allready and without knowing when our friend would be able to get to it we just had the chevy dealer do it.
