Door speakers going out for no reason

Earlier this week i installed 2 12 inch RE audio se 12's into my new 00 ecsb and it all worked fine. The previous owner had alpine type r's in the doors and a pioneer head unit. I also had a after market antenna i put behind the deck. We installed everything and it was working perfect but when i pulled the deck out one last time to pull the antenna out more the power to the deck cut. We checked the fuses and the radio one was out so we replaced it and it turned back on but when it did the door speakers didn't work at all. I have no idea what would make it do it. I didnt see any wire undone or anything.. So i dont know what happened.
