I may be buying an 03+ 3500 dually Duramax after my truck is gone. I'm thinking about lowering it a little with the low profile 22" semi wheels.

I've been seeing in some of the ads that the wheels are for 2wd trucks. Is there a difference? Has anyone on here lowered and semi'd a 4wd dually?

Feel free to post pics here if you have some.

you have to run adapters. Idk if the 4wd trucks have a wider wheelbase, so it might look weird. I'd also imagine they wouldn't make too many lowering kits for a 4wd 3500 series truck. But yea, it'll look badass on 22 inch alcoas. I've never seen one static though.

They start life as 22.5's, but you can buy them milled down to 22's, like Steven said, with low profile tires.

Here's a picture from American Force:

That's a 2wd with a 5/7 drop and 305-40-22's.

I remember seeing that old old old dually Suburban somewhere lately. Where's it from? I think it was for sale for something around $20K.
