Well i have about 250 miles on my gears and limited slip and there is a damn clunking sound when in reverse and sometimes when going slow. Is this just because they were just installed? My parking brake my be stuck down and am going to look at that tomorrow so I was thinking it was that but I'm not sure.

if the gears are used and u didnt put them in to the correct backlash and case preload that they were originally broken in at, they will clunk and eventually start whining. do a pattern test and atleast see what is going on in there.
