I've seen the smoothed an painted tailgate handles, but I'd rather have something that matches my escalde door handles (chrome handle with color matched bucket). Anything out there? thanks

I had what you are talking about on my old truck.

All I did was have the bezel painted, and then I got a chrome sticker overlay. You couldn't really tell, unless you got up real close. I've seen chrome plated tailgate handles on eBay, but they usually run for about $70-$90.

I guess i could paint the stock bucket and then buy one of the chrome ones on ebay and do a little swaparoo.
