On the NBS Chevy/GMC trucks and SUV's an in-dash flip out monitor will hit the factory shifter when it is in park. I remember seeing a post on some forum somewhere, where there is a place you can send your current shifter, and they'll send you one that's been bent a few degrees to compensate for the flip out monitor.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or suggest any other alternatives?

Thanks in advance.

bend your shifter, its not that hard. I've done to to a couple peoples truck. Mine has been that way for about 1.5 years now, no problem. Just put it in park, and slowly push the shifter out of the way. If you do it to fast, something in it cracks, and when you bump it rattles. The shifter still works if you do that too though.

That is what I did. I didnt use the auto-flip so when i was ready to put it down or up and the truck was in park I just pushed the shifter towards the driver door and it cleared just fine.
