usually happens cause some moisture has gotten in there and is trapped.
are you running 880 bulbs silicone in or are you running a true fog bulb?

If it's 880: I would remove the bulb, put a hair dryer to the opening for a while, to clear up any water trapped in there, then let it sit for a while to air dry. Re-install the bulb and make sure you got it completely sealed.

If it's a true 5202 bulb, I would check to see if the o-ring seal is seated properly. Do same as above to dry it, then just reinstall making sure it's a nice snug fit.
