I have the efans and radiator from a 2008 Escalade. No harness. Excellent condition. Radiator is clean, no issues. Fan is in excellent shape.

Seems as others have done the Efan swap on older trucks, so I'm sure it'd work for you. To run the Efan you need the radiator. I'll get pictures later, but it looks like a standard GM 34" radiator.
